Application: To make application more comfortable, hold the closed package containing the mask under warm running water. Begin applying the mask from the top and work downwards, ensuring that it covers the chin and lower jaw tightly. Secure the straps behind the ears. Leave on for 20–25 minutes, then remove and apply a moisturising cream.
